CalRemind processes data needed for appointment reminders in private practices.

• Appointments stay in your Apple Calendar on iPhone — CalRemind syncs them for the reminder plan.
• Messages are sent from your work WhatsApp. Patients do not install an app.
• Sensitive patient data (name, phone, and similar) is stored encrypted in the database.
• Patients do not have a separate CalRemind account or app.
